We designed this new vacation home for a couple from the East Coast who desired a modern version of a Cape Cod bungalow. The site afforded stunning views of the coastal hills to the East and a fidal lagoon to the West. An "H” configured plan with the living area at its nexus captures views of both. The plan also creates a wind block in the summer months allowing residents to enjoy the lagoon side deck.
